Full Terms and Conditions – HearthCraft Creations™ Metal Laser Cut Wall Art Giveaway Effective date: 6th April 2026

Promoters

This is a joint promotion run by:
HearthCraft Creations Ltd (trading as @hearthcraftcreations_ltd on Instagram), the prize supplier and business beneficiary. The influencer operating the Instagram account @universal_love_light777, will be acting as a collaborator.

Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Excludes employees (and their immediate families) of HearthCraft Creations Ltd, the influencer @universal_love_light777, anyone professionally connected to the promotion, and anyone else involved in administering it. No purchase necessary. Free to enter.

Entry Period The giveaway opens when the promotional post is published on @hearthcraftcreations_ltd’s Instagram account (on or after 6th April 2026) and closes at 23:59 BST on 16th April 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be valid.

How to Enter

Like the official giveaway post published on @hearthcraftcreations_ltd’s Instagram account (the post will appear in collaboration with @universal_love_light777).

Follow both @hearthcraftcreations_ltd and @universal_love_light777 on Instagram.

Comment exactly “elevate my space” and tag 2 genuine friends in the same comment on the official giveaway post. (Example: elevate my space @Friend1 @Friend2

One entry per person/Instagram account only. Multiple entries from the same person (e.g., duplicate or extra comments) will be disqualified. Entries must be made directly on the official giveaway post. No other methods (e.g., DMs, email) will be accepted. Entrants must use genuine accounts (no bots or fake profiles). Tags must be real accounts.


Prize

One winner will receive one metal laser cut wall art piece supplied by HearthCraft Creations Ltd. The winner can choose any design from the current range available on the website (subject to stock availability). Approximate value £40–£100.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative (unless the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoters’ control, in which case a reasonable equivalent will be offered).
The prize will be delivered by HearthCraft Creations Ltd to a single UK address provided by the winner (standard shipping covered; winner responsible for any additional costs if applicable, though unlikely for UK delivery).

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random shortly after the closing date from all valid entries (using a fair random selection method, e.g., random comment picker tool or verified manual draw).

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) from @hearthcraftcreations_ltd within 7 days of the closing date.

The winner must respond within 48 hours with confirmation, full name and UK delivery address. Failure to respond in time or provide details may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.

The winner’s county and Instagram handle may be announced publicly (e.g., in a post or story on @hearthcraftcreations_ltd and @universal_love_light777) for transparency and to comply with advertising standards. The winner can request reduced details if preferred.

General

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the joint promoters’ decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the promotion.
The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these rules, Instagram’s terms of use, or appears to be spam/inaccurate (e.g., fake tags).
The promoters are not responsible for technical issues, Instagram outages, lost/invisible entries, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. All participants release Instagram from any liability arising from the promotion.
Any personal data collected (e.g., for winner contact and delivery) will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR by the joint promoters and used only for administering this promotion (see respective privacy policies if available).


Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
