Shipping Policy

At HearthCraft Creations™, we ship all orders from our UK warehouse with care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

We proudly ship across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, using Evri and Yodel.

  • Standard Shipping: £2.89–£7.00 (2–6 business days) Which includes 0-2 business day handling. Delivered via Evri (2–4 days) ,Yodel (2–3 days) or Royal Mail Tracked (1-3 days). Drop-off at ParcelShops/Yodel Stores or door-to-door collection available. Delivery times are estimated based on orders made before 12pm (GMT).
  • Next-Day Shipping: £4.50–£8.00 (1-3 business days) Which includes 0-2 business day handling. Delivered via DPD, Evri, Yodel (Xpress/Xpect), Monday–Friday. Requires booking before 12pm (GMT) for next-day delivery. Drop-off or door-to-door. 
  • Free Shipping: Free UK shipping on orders over £50 (Standard Shipping only).
  • Note: We do not ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.

International Shipping

We ship to select EU countries and the United States using Evri and Yodel (via partners like DHL or FedEx for last-mile delivery).
EU Countries Include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. 

  • EU Shipping: We use a flat rate of £11.99 (2–13 business days) Which includes 0-2 business day handling. Delivered to countries like Germany, France, Ireland. Drop-off or door-to-door available. Delivery times are estimated based on orders made before 12pm (GMT).
  • USA Shipping: We use a flat rate of £14.99 (3–19 business days) Which includes 0-2 business day handling. Delivered via tracked services. Drop-off or door-to-door available. Delivery times are estimated based on orders made before 12pm (GMT).
  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We provide necessary customs documentation. Check local regulations before ordering. 

    Customs fees may apply based on destination regulations; check local rules as changes may occur.

Shipping Details
Our products are shipped in the following package sizes: 585 x 318 x 37 mm, 488 x 450 x 37 mm, or 620 x 585 x 37 mm. All shipments include tracking where available. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and exclude processing time.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hearthcraftcreations.com within 30 days of receipt. For UK orders, we’ll work with the arranged shipping company to resolve the issue. For EU and USA orders, we’ll coordinate  with the arranged shipping company. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
