Limited Lifetime Warranty (Commercial Guarantee)

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser for all items delivered to UK addresses. This is our voluntary commercial guarantee and applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

What is covered

Structural defects in the stainless steel or laser-cut workmanship.
Manufacturing defects in the powder-coated finish (such as peeling or blistering due to application issues).

Expected Lifespan

Indoors (dry living spaces or well-ventilated bathrooms): These pieces can remain looking excellent for decades with very little attention.
Outdoors (sheltered gardens, walls, or patios in typical UK conditions, away from direct coastal salt spray or heavy road salt): You can realistically expect 15–25+ years of attractive appearance. The thick stainless steel continues to provide strong durability even as the coating weathers gradually over many years.

What is not covered

Normal, gradual weathering (all outdoor finishes slowly lose some gloss and colour intensity over time — this is expected and not considered a defect).
Cosmetic imperfections, minor scratches, or natural patina/fading.
Damage during shipping or delivery (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
Damage caused by improper installation, modification, alteration, impact, or abuse.
Damage to walls, property, or persons resulting from installation or use.
Issues arising from extreme environments (e.g., constant direct coastal salt spray, heavy industrial pollution, or prolonged water ponding) unless discussed at purchase.

Care Tips for the Best Long-Term Appearance (simple and optional)

Indoors: Occasional dusting with a soft cloth is usually enough.
In bathrooms or outdoors: A gentle wipe with mild soapy water once or twice a year removes dirt, pollen, bird droppings, or light grime and helps keep the finish looking fresh. Avoid abrasive cleaners or pressure washers.

These quick steps are not a strict requirement for the warranty, but they help the artwork stay at its best for many years.

Legal Guarantee for EU Customers

If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. This gives you a minimum of 2 years protection from the date of delivery against any lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered.

This legal guarantee is in addition to our commercial Limited Lifetime Warranty and cannot be reduced. Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances.

How to claim (EU customers)
Contact us at support@hearthcraftcreations.com with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue in line with your statutory rights.

Shipping / Transit Damage

If your item arrives damaged, inspect it immediately and contact us right away at support@hearthcraftcreations.com with photos. These cases are handled under our 30-day Refund & Returns Policy (not the warranty).
